It helps you stretch in a way you wouldn't otherwise be able to. People get back pain in their lower back when the natural slight 'c' shape of their lumbar spine becomes straightened by bad posture or sitting in an office chair. Bending over LumbaCurve would help restore the natural curvature and ease pressure and pain.

"As the runaway winner of our Holistic Business Product of the Year Award, I thought it only fair to put the Lumbacurve through its paces. This proved surprisingly difficult as almost every adult I know suddenly professed a bad back and needed to try it for themselves. Even the postman wanted a shot when he dropped off the package"

Although it takes some getting used to in the first couple of minutes, and through initial practices of the exercises to be sure you’re getting the technique right, the result was a very impressive level of relief in my back pain. This was not just the affected area but also around the hips, lower ribs and the lower back in general. This is not something I have experienced with any of the other aids and exercises I have become  accustomed to. It was as if it had opened up or stretched it out but without any pressure or stress.

I was interested to try out the LumbaCurve, due to having a bulging disc in my back which, despite regular movement and exercise, continues to cause pain and pose problems with mobility.Whilst the product itself is very simple, it is what it makes you do on a regular basis that is the key to reducing back pain; the stretches recommended increased my mobility whilst also reducing pain. The LumbaCurve feels a bit uncomfortable at first but you soon get used to it. In conclusion, the Lumbacurve really does work and by having it, it makes you think about doing the recommended exercises which, in turn, genuinely do give pain relief.
I’d use the LumbaCurve over medication any day.
